This leading healthcare firm is keen to hire an experienced lawyer to handle complex, high-value defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of both NHS Trusts and GPs. The firm carries out a wide range of health care work, and you will work closely with teams that provide advice covering inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management. Previous clinical negligence experience is essential, preferably gained at a NHS Resolution Panel firm and any experience of managing claims against GPs would be advantageous.
