This popular national firm with a market-leading healthcare team is looking to hire a lawyer to advise health and social care organisations across a broad range of issues including clinical negligence, medical malpractice and human rights claims, inquests, Court of Protection and public law matters. The team acts for the NHS Resolution and acts on behalf of NHSR and NHS Trusts as well as undertaking healthcare and medical malpractice and regulatory work for a range of private insurers and private sector health and social care providers. Previous clinical negligence/defendant medical malpractice experience essentil and ideally experience of claims against Primary Care practitioners.
