Clerk of Works job opportunity for circa. 18 months overseeing construction works for a local authority.

Your new company

Your new company is a local authority who require a Clerk of Works to oversee demolition works on their education facility in Denbigh, North Wales.

Your new role

Your new role as Clerk of Works will require you to oversee the build quality, health and safety and adherence to the specification of works (I.e. workmanship) of a demolition project and construction of a new-build educational facility in Denbigh.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need to have experience overseeing large construction projects, ideally in an education/local authority environment, be able to read detailed architectural plans and, ideally, be a member of the Institute of Clerk of Works and construction inspectorate (ICWCI).
