Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated housekeeper to join a high-quality residential development, supporting the delivery of a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
This role is key to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene are consistently achieved across all communal and residential areas, enhancing the overall living experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out internal and external cleaning of communal areas, along with apartment cleans as required
  • Maintain the cleanliness of offices and residential units, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
  • Ensure all entrance areas are cleaned daily, including fixtures, fittings, handrails, and decorative features
  • Clean and maintain lift areas, ensuring all fixtures and interior surfaces are presentable
  • Inspect and clean all internal communal spaces, including windows, ledges, doors, and skirting.
  • Conduct daily inspections of common areas (including stairways, corridors, passageways, and car parks) to identify cleanliness issues, maintenance concerns, or faults
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners for both hard floors and carpets
  • Wash walls, woodwork, partitions, and surfaces using appropriate equipment, including reach-and-wash systems.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstery using the equipment provided
  • Carry out additional cleaning duties such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors when required
  • Use and maintain all personal protective equipment in line with health and safety requirements
  • Ensure all cleaning materials are used safely and in compliance with COSHH regulations
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining appropriate stock levels and accurate records
Key Relationships
  • Internal: Site management team, including the Neighbourhood Manager and wider operational teams
  • External: Residents, guests, contractors, and third-party suppliers
About You
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within residential or hospitality environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices, including COSHH
