An established and well‑regarded Lloyd’s‑accredited insurance brokerage is expanding its London based Claims function and is seeking a Claims Broker to support a growing specialty portfolio. The business operates within the Lloyd’s and London Market, is recognised for its strong broker‑led culture and technical capability, and is committed to developing claims professionals within its teams.

You will join a market leading Claims team handling claims across Marine, International Property, Liability and Construction classes within the Lloyd’s market. The role will involve supporting the full claims lifecycle from first notification through to settlement, working closely with Lloyd’s syndicates, insurers, adjusters, clients and internal broking teams. Responsibilities will include preparing and submitting claims to Lloyd’s markets, monitoring ongoing claims activity, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. This position offers exposure to a varied, international book of business and represents a strong platform for continued technical development in specialty claims.

To be successful in this position, you will have prior experience working within a Lloyd’s or London Market claims or claims broking environment, making this an ideal opportunity for a second‑jobber seeking to broaden their specialty market exposure. You will be organised, detail‑focused and confident communicating with Lloyd’s syndicates and market participants. Previous exposure to Marine, Construction or International Property claims would be advantageous, though not essential for the right candidate.
