About the Role:
As a Design Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project goals.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has experience in a design or technical role within construction or engineering.
- Is looking to move into a more strategic, coordination-focused position.
- Wants to grow within a supportive Tier 1 environment with structured development pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the design process across multiple projects.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of design information.
- Support value engineering and buildability reviews.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and company standards.
- Attend design meetings and contribute to design risk assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-qualified in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in a design or technical role within the built environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow into a full Design Manager role.
