We are seeking an Experience Support worker for a Young Adults home (18+)
Are you passionate about empowering young people to build brighter futures? Do you thrive in a role where every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful difference? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Young Persons Support Worker to join our Supported Housing Team in Crediton.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting young people as they take steps toward independence. You’ll build positive, professional relationships, help create a welcoming community atmosphere, and guide individuals as they work towards the goals that matter most to them.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of supported accommodation, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort.
- Manage a caseload, providing structured support planning and guidance.
- Support young people with housing-related tasks, including communication with local Housing Options teams.
- Support young people to build confidence, sustain volunteering or employment, and maintain future tenancies.
- Provide guidance on independent living, finances, relationships, and life skills.
Who we are looking for
- Motivated, Compassionate and Experience Support Worker
- A driving Licence would be essential.
- Able to commit to full-time work Monday–Friday
- Please note this position is for around 8 weeks.
