Your new role
- Manage a designated patch of tenancies
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service
- Handle tenancy matters including allocations, arrears, and estate management
- Respond to tenant queries and provide effective solutions
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Housing Officer experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy and estate management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
