Your new company

Hays Recruitment is looking for experienced support workers, experienced within children's residential care for children with autism, challenging behaviours and traumatic backgrounds or experience supporting adults in a supported living setting with mental health and other complex needs. We are looking for support worker with full-time flexibility and for the availability to work in long-term placements.

Your new role

You will be required to support vulnerable children, young adults and adults in different services, such as residential settings, supporting living settings and homeless hostels.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have at least 6 months of recent social care related experience to get through our compliance system. It is also highly desired to be able to drive and to have relevant social care qualifications.
