Your new role
Nights are 21:30–8:30am, 3 nights on, 3 nights off.
Days rotas are between 8am - 22:00
£30500 for standard RSW and £31500 for senior RSW
Please note there are jobs for both day rotas and nights and two different jobs.
There is no option to do bank work. These are permanent roles only.
- Be part of a team of residential care staff when on shift, ensuring that safe and appropriate care practices are maintained at all times.
- Support the manager in all aspects of the operational management of the establishment.
- Ensure that the home's policies, procedures and principles are adhered to
- Maintain the development of positive childcare practice in keeping with the aims and objectives of COTM.
- Provide a safe, warm and supportive environment for young people.
- To be involved in the planning and organisation of the home.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have worked within a children's residential home previously.
