Job Title: Senior Residential Childcare Worker
Location: London
Overview:Join a leading Children's Residential Service as a Senior Residential Childcare Worker. This role is crucial for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our homes and ensuring high-quality care for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and care delivery in collaboration with the Registered Manager.
- Lead staff in maintaining a therapeutic approach while working with children.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Support the overall development of the service, including business and clinical aspects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential care for young people, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong physical and mental resilience to meet the demands of the role.
- Full-time availability (average 39 hours/week), including weekends and holidays.
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
