Your new role

Are you a proactive, results-driven marketer? I'm looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join this large, dynamic team and work closely with the Head of Marketing. You'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies that make a real impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Campaigns:
    Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborating with specialist teams.
  • Plan & Strategise:
    Create clear marketing plans with defined goals, target audiences, and timelines.
  • Create Content:
    Develop high-quality content for social media, websites, PR, events, and more.
  • Collaborate:
    Work with internal teams to refine lead nurturing tactics.
  • Research:
    Analyse market trends and competitors to shape strategies.
  • Develop Creatives:
    Produce creative briefs and deliver engaging content.
  • Analyse Campaigns:
    Track performance and measure impact to improve future campaigns.
  • Support Sales:
    Create marketing materials to align with sales goals.
  • Understand Customers:
    Define and refine customer personas based on insights.
  • Plan Events:
    Organise industry and internal events for maximum impact.
  • Engage Stakeholders:
    Build relationships with directors, product leaders, and sales teams.
  • Manage Budgets:
    Assist with budget planning and tracking.
  • Ensure Brand Compliance:
    Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Education:
    Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    5+ years in marketing roles (or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Skills:
    Strong project management, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaign delivery.
  • Abilities:
    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Mindset:
    Creative, problem-solving, and hands-on approach.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborative and self-motivated.
  • Adaptable:
    Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Additional Info:
  • Hybrid Role:
    Requires travel to Warrington and Chesterfield.
  • National Role:
    May involve travel and overnight stays.
