B2C Outbound Sales Manager, 100% Remote-working, £50,000 (£60,000 OTE), Immediate Start!
Our client, the UK's fastest-growing Direct Marketing company, are looking to recruit an experienced B2C Outbound Contact Centre Manager to join their incredibly successful, 100% remote Sales operation.
Our client have been established for just over 7 years and, in that time, have grown to over 150 FTE, all working completely remotely across the UK (with a recent expansion into the Australian/Canadian market(s)!). Working on behalf of huge, household-name clients (primarily B2C Subscription Companies), our client assist in generating new business/customers for their corporate partners, and have grown exponentially throughout their lifespan so far (growing from 30-150 FTE since the pandemic alone!). Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking the right candidate to lead their UK-based B2C Sales operation - in a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the entire UK B2C Sales operation (c/100+ FTE)
- Directly leading 5 Team Leaders (whom, in turn, manage between 15-20 Agents each)
- Managing/overseeing the Dialler system
- Conducting regular reviews/appraisals with direct reports, in order to improve overall team performance
- Coaching/mentoring team members to improve/develop skillset(s)
- Ensuring UK sales target(s) are exceeded
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of overseeing a large B2C Sales function
- Experience of Dialler Management/Optimisation
- Genuine interest in/demonstrable experience of coaching/developing others
- Ability to work autonomously
- Fun, sociable personality
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- £60,000 OTE (commission paid a month in arrears, based on team sales performance)
