• Support in the development of a marketing and communications plan that supports delivery of the strategy
• Support the Head of Digital, Marketing, and Communications to undertake audience and persona mapping work
• Create and oversee the production of high quality, relevant, and consistent content that supports the marketing and communications strategy
• Measure and optimise the performance of marketing communications campaigns
• Develop and deliver an internal communication plan
• Devise innovative strategies and campaigns to support the Business Development team and generate high quality new sales leads
• Manage external partner relationships
• Own social media channels
• Develop strategies to drive traffic to digital platforms through effective SEO
• Manage, develop, and control the internal and external brand
• Develop integrated marketing, communications, and engagement campaigns, maximising ROI
• Management and forecasting of the annual marketing budget
• Management of the wider marketing and communications team

• Proven track record in B2B marketing
• Extensive general marketing and communications experience
• Expertise in developing integrated communications programmes drawing on all areas of the marketing mix including direct marketing, CRM, events, and digital channels
• Experience of managing external agency and supplier relationships
• Expertise in brand management
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Marketing degree or equivalent
• Understanding of working in a customer-focussed environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
