A reputable consultancy business based in Birchwood is seeking an experienced Category Buyer to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are leading business in their field and have won multiple awards.

The Role

As a Buyer you will be supporting the Senior Buyer and Category Manager in managing the area of increased spend under management and focus on delivery of high-quality to services to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activity, managing suppliers and speaking to suppliers about contracts.

You will require a adequate level of procurement skills and ideally have the relevant category experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Public sector experience.
• Good level of excel skills.
• Previous buyer experience.
