Your new company

Our client is based in Sheffield and is a large domestic company. They require a NVQ level 2 joinery to perform maintenance work for £17.95 per hour PAYE premium or £21.06 per hour Umbrella.

Your new role

You will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents. Social housing maintenance will include minor issues such as fitting doors, bannisters, and cabinet repairs.

Your role is key to ensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics of the properties.

This role is 37 hours a week - Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.

The role is to start ASAP and it is on going.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have an NVQ level 2 in joinery and some experience in maintenance work within domestic properties.

You will also require a full clean driving licence.

What you'll get in return

You will be provided with a van and fuel to use during work hours, as well as power tools.

You must be able to collect/return from the city centre depot, where uniform will also be provided.
