We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team working across residential properties in the AL8 6AE area. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive hourly rates and consistent full-time work.
The Role:
You will be carrying out a wide range of carpentry maintenance and repair work within domestic properties, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- General carpentry repairs and maintenance
- Hanging doors, fitting skirting boards and architraves
- Kitchen unit repairs and installations
- Adjusting and repairing windows and locks
- Working in both occupied and void properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in domestic carpentry or carpentry maintenance
- NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Good customer service skills
- Own tools preferred
