We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Team Leader to manage and deliver high-quality cleaning services across a social housing portfolio.
This is a hands-on role leading a dispersed team of cleaners across multiple sites, including HMOs, hostels, sheltered housing and office environments. You will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while supporting staff and engaging positively with residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
- Supervise, support and motivate cleaning staff
- Plan rotas, allocate workloads and carry out quality inspections
- Oversee void, deep and specialist cleans
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and COSHH regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for cleaning service enquiries and feedback
About You
- Previous experience supervising or leading cleaning teams
- Knowledge of cleaning standards within social housing or similar settings
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Calm, professional approach in sensitive environments
- Full UK manual driving licence
