Working Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2 days from home)
Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm (flexible office hours)
Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor in Derbyshire, seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Revit Technician with a focus on electrical design. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, with values ranging from £1m to £5m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed M&E designs using Revit, with a particular focus on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient designs.
- Prepare and modify drawings, specifications, and documentation for project deliverables.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design requirements.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in MEP Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a strong emphasis on Revit.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building services, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
