M&E Revit Technician required for 3 months+, £40-£50 per hour, Outside IR35

Job Title: M&E Revit Technician - Building Services
Location: Derbyshire
Pay Rate: £30 - £40 per hour
Duration: 3+ Months
Start Date: Immediate
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2 days from home)
Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm (flexible office hours)

Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor in Derbyshire, seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Revit Technician with a focus on electrical design. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, with values ranging from £1m to £5m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed M&E designs using Revit, with a particular focus on electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient designs.
  • Prepare and modify drawings, specifications, and documentation for project deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design requirements.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in MEP Revit.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a strong emphasis on Revit.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building services, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
