Revit / CAD Technician – MEP - Nottingham: £35,000 to £40,000

Your new role

As a Revit / CAD Technician (MEP), you will support engineers in producing accurate and coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
You’ll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team across a range of projects, contributing from early-stage design through to completion. [MEP Revit_...hnician ad | PDF]
Key duties will include:
  • Producing detailed 2D and 3D MEP models
  • Supporting design coordination across disciplines
  • Working to BIM standards and contributing to process improvements
  • Managing and maintaining project drawing information
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have:
  • Experience using Revit MEP within a building services consultancy or contractor environment
  • A solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
  • Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar tools
