Your new role
As a Revit / CAD Technician (MEP), you will support engineers in producing accurate and coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.You’ll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team across a range of projects, contributing from early-stage design through to completion. Key duties will include:
- Producing detailed 2D and 3D MEP models
- Supporting design coordination across disciplines
- Working to BIM standards and contributing to process improvements
- Managing and maintaining project drawing information
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:- Experience using Revit MEP within a building services consultancy or contractor environment
- A solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
- Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar tools
