Your new company
Your new company is a privately owned Building Services Consultancy that is seeking for a Revit Technician based within Nottingham due to the growth of the team.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to:

Your new role
You will be providing technical support working collaboratively in a multi discipline team consisting of Building Services Designers, Building Physicist and Document Controllers on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fully co-ordinated design for installation purposes; RIBA stages 0 to 5.
Duties will include:
- Collaborate with Building Service Engineers to produce co-ordinated drawings
- Delivery of projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Co-ordination of Building Services using REVIT MEP
- Create and amending MEP Families, Objects, Tags, Annotations
- Create legends, schedules and templates
- Amend drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCAD
- Meet the requirements of projects within specified time frames
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standards
- Give guidance to junior staff and apprentices
- Follow BIM Protocols
- Liaise professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors and staff of all levels
You may need to undertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficient operator of Revit MEP CAD/AutoCAD packages and associated computer software
- Ideally you will have a background within the MEP industry or experience in a similar role
- Organised and able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales
- Be a team player, but able to operate at an individual level
- Ideally ONC/HNC in relevant discipline
