Part iii Architectural Assistant
An Award-winning architectural design practice is looking for a Part III Architect to join their Canterbury team. They work on a broad range of sectors and developments, from large scale master planning, to bespoke small scale projects with personal and considered requirements. Offering unto £39,000 depending on experience.
They have a lovely office culture and flexible working hours to provide work/life balance for all the staff.
- Supporting the design and technical aspects of projects.
- Coordinate designs with other consultants.
- Have an understanding of UK planning and listed building consent policies
- Have an understanding of current building regulations, processes and requirements in the UK
- Minimum 2 years post qualifications is essential
