About you

Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
Excellent AutoCAD proficiency (essential)
Experience working within architectural, surveying or construction environments
High attention to detail and a professional, organised working style
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

What you'll need to succeed

Supporting Surveyors, Designers and Construction Managers across live projects
Producing accurate technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD
Ensuring all work complies with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Coordinating design information with internal teams and external consultants
Assisting with technical problem‑solving and early‑stage design analysis
Contributing to project delivery across multiple sectors and stages
