A Contracts Coordinator/ Administrator position in Southampton for a construction company

Your new company

A small, successful construction company in Romsey are looking for a contract coordinator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will provide support on a range of projects, liaising with suppliers, customers and other internal departments to ensure completion is on time. This will include placing purchase orders, review cost sheets, order plant control hire, collect RAMS from contractors, co-ordinate the diaries, generate O&M manuals and ensure the training schedule is kept up to date for staff and contractors.

You will have excellent organisation, an understanding of job costings, with a well-organised and professional approach.
