As part of our growth, the business are seeking a talented Buyer to join our Commercial Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your new role
As the Buyer, you’ll be central to our procurement operations, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing procurement tickets and supplier questionnaires to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Leading supplier meetings and tracking project progress via Monday Boards.
  • Handling supplier onboarding, negotiating quotes, and facilitating product demos.
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records in NetSuite, creating and receipting POs, and running weekly reports.
  • Overseeing travel administration, expense management, and troubleshooting system issues.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within a technology or fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders confidently.
  • Proficiency in procurement and finance systems such as NetSuite, Halo, Click Travel, and Soldo.
  • An analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience in supplier onboarding, compliance processes, or travel/event coordination is a bonus.
