Procurement Specialist
Are you a procurement professional with a passion for ethical sourcing and strategic impact? I am excited to be working for an international charity who are seeking a General Indirect Procurement Specialist to deliver high-quality, end-to-end procurement services across our diverse General Indirect category. From IT and HR services to fundraising and facilities, your work will ensure value for money.
- Reporting to the General Indirects Category Manager
- Lead operational procurement activities and sourcing projects across the General Indirect category.
- Deliver against savings' targets and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships and contract performance.
- Conduct market research and develop strategic category plans.
- Provide expert procurement advice to stakeholders across departments
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contribute to governance processes.
I am looking for individuals with
- Proven experience in General Indirect (Corporate Services) procurement within a large, complex organisation.
- MCIPS Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience (or actively studying).
- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
