Your new role

The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate and manage the sales process for our residential property portfolio. You will act as the key point of contact between vendors and buyers, ensuring smooth transactions and successful completions. The role involves showcasing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through each stage of the sales journey while delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least three years' experience in residential sales
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively
  • Attention to detail for accurate document preparation and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
