Job Title - Procurement Assistant
Sector - Non-for-profit
Location - Middlesbrough
Duration - 4 weeks (initially)
Salary - £30,000 pro rata (negotiable)

Here at Hays I am working with a Non for Profit on the temporary recruitment of a Procurement Assistant to support their procurement team during a busy time period. This will initially be a 4-week-long assignment. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a background working with procurement systems and the ability to hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience with procurement portals
• Proven experience with MS Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Experience in public sector procurement would be preferred, but not essential.
