Contact Centre Project Manager

Your new company

A leading organisation based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver critical projects within their Contact Centre portfolio.

Your new role

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of Contact Centre projects, including telephony and CRM integrations. This role involves planning, coordinating testing (SIT/UAT), managing deployments, and ensuring smooth transition into BAU. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Contact Centre environments.
  • Strong understanding of telephony processes and business lifecycle.
  • Experience implementing solutions integrated with Salesforce (Freshdesk, Amazon Connect also desirable).
  • Expertise in inbound/outbound call handling and CRM integration.
  • Background in delivering IT business system projects (CRM or ERP).
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and communication at all levels.

What you'll get in return

  • Day rate: £550 per day (via umbrella)
  • Contract: 6 months
  • Location: Hybrid working in Hertfordshire
