- Maintain high client satisfaction, tracked through NPS.
- Acted on inbound leads within 24 hours; pursued until conversion or closure.
- Conducted proactive outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Managed pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
- Ensured profitability through contract reviews and internal approvals.
