I have partnered up with an industry leader within Real Estate, who manage a variety of high end properties and service many different London-based clientele. They are a big name in the industry and extremely well-respected for their portfolio. They are expanding the team in the City of London area by hiring an individual to be responsible for new business opportunities.

Your new role

As a New Business Manager, you will be the main driver in new business opportunities for this company across the City of London area. You will be responsible for meeting clients in person, taking them to viewings of potential sites and converting these businesses or individuals to make the sale.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

• Experience within property, real estate or serviced offices
• Business Development in client facing positions.
• Working with different levels of stakeholder, being able to adapt your approach based on the individual and business needs

What you will get in return

• £45,000 with an OTE of £70,000 (currently being achieved by existing members of staff).
