One part of our business delivers sustainable procurement and logistics services to a wide range of clients, while the other provides ethically sourced school wear and sportswear to educational institutions nationwide. United by a commitment to quality, sustainability, and service excellence, we’re looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to help us grow and innovate further.
Your new role
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving commercial growth and building strong client relationships across diverse sectors.
- Identifying Opportunities
Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels such as phone, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events to build a healthy pipeline of prospects. - Engaging with Clients
Connect with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions through proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Managing the Sales Process
Lead discussions around pricing and terms, negotiate agreements, and ensure a seamless transition to internal teams for onboarding and delivery. - Contributing to Strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to shape targeted campaigns and commercial strategies. Monitor market activity to identify emerging opportunities. - Maintaining CRM & Reporting
Keep internal systems up to date with sales activity and pipeline progress and provide regular updates and forecasts to the leadership team.
