Marketing Administrator

Hays is recruiting for a temporary Marketing Administrator. This role is based in Manchester. Previous marketing experience is desirable, and flexibility is required for this role.
Your new role
You will provide excellent marketing and administrative support to the wider team. You will liaise by email and in person. You will be acting on leads and enquires, delivering on KPIs, you will support the wider team, assist with social media providing support when suitable. You will build relationships, deliver outstanding customer care and service, ensure customer information is recorded accurately, take photos, manage posts, ensure customers receive relevant marketing, update the system, act on inbound calls and emails, follow-up enquires, ensure all criteria are met, you will contribute positive ideas and any other duties required via the management team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in marketing and administration, you will have strong IT skills, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, you will be comfortable working in the office, and you will be motivated with a willingness to learn. You will be able to work flexible hours; some evening and weekend work will be required.
