This well-established organisation is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. They are looking to grow their business and are looking for someone who can help them do that. They are very successful in what they do and wanting to secure someone who can match their values.

Your new role

You will be responsible for winning new business and customers for this organisation. You will be growing your own customer base which will be supported by databases and lead generators. You will be providing a high quality service to these new customers once on-boarded and become an account manager to them. You will be providing a 'one-stop shop' solution to your customers' problems and using data analytics, databases and other sources of information to do so. You will be advising and supporting your customers throughout too. This is a field-based role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experience of winning new business and be able to show the journey on how you did so. You are credible, corporate and can work in professional, senior settings, e.g. boardrooms. You're organised, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also be field-based and able to travel to the sites of your customers with some visits to the Manchester office whenever required by the business.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an excellent salary of up to £48,000 + an OTE depending on experience. A car will also be included in the package too.
