Marketing Manager - 12 Week Contract - Immediate Start - £22-£26 per hour - Hybrid working

Your new role

This organisation are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Manager to join their team and develop and deliver the marketing strategy that supports the conference and exhibitions sales strategy. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the conference business for the SEC and Glasgow.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success:

- A proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.
- A creative mind with the ability to curate fresh and innovative campaigns that stand out from competitors.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- A good understanding of the conference and exhibitions markets and associated challenges and opportunities.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and support wider business activations.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered an initial 12-week assignment, and you may also wish to apply for the permanent role whilst in post. The salary for the role is £40-£45k which will be paid to you on an hourly rate basis equivalent £23-£26per hour. This will be paid to you via Hays weekly timesheets.
