Your new role
A large government organisation is currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to play a key role in managing an internally facing product. You will need a proven track record managing and internal digital products in a government organisation. You should be able to demonstrate leadership, effective stakeholder management and have a commitment to continuous learning.

What you'll need to succeed
- Oversee the development, approval, and implementation of IT products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Conduct market research and stakeholder analysis to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication of priorities and progress for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, implementing improvements based on user feedback and data insights.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and security protocols.
