My client is a high-profile Insurance company who require a Business Architect with experience in the Insurance domain, and understanding of Capability Modelling, Strategic Planning, Application Architecture, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis and ideally Underwriting Workbench implementation to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as an Business Architect within the Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end underwriting processes for large commercial insurance systems (P&C preferred).
- Previous experience of Strategic planning and Capability modelling.
- Working knowledge of Application Architecture, Solution Architecture and ideally some Integration experience.
- Demonstrable ability to provide Business Analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical audiences in a concise manner.
- The ability to manage Senior Stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have:
- Previous experience of developing and implementing Underwriting Workbench / Underwriting Platforms.
- Experience of providing Architecture assessments.
- Exposure to working on Global Programmes.
- Experience with System Integrations and Data Modelling
- Familiarity with Global commercial P&C Insurance industry standards and regulations
