Our industry leading client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Analyst to join their Solutions and Development team. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend one day a week at our Milton Keynes office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and modify our internally developed business systems.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst specialising in Infrastructure, Windows 10-11, and End User Computing (EUC), you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. You will design and implement infrastructure solutions, focusing on Windows 10-11 and EUC environments. Collaborating with IT and business teams, you will ensure that infrastructure solutions align with business goals. Additionally, you will conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in infrastructure, Windows 10-11, and EUC environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10-11 architecture and EUC technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows 10, ITIL) are a plus.
