Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a major Telephony transformation project for a leading UK organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendors—challenge estimates, validate requirements, and manage delivery expectations.
• Analyse and redesign operational processes, mapping current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) states.
• Lead data migration activities, including defining mapping rules and ensuring data integrity.
• Facilitate workshops to align business leads and technical teams.
• Manage and prioritise the technical backlog, ensuring vendor readiness.
• Define transition plans, including training and operational support models.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Contact Centre transformation and migrations involving third-party vendors.
• Strong ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve delivery challenges.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating across suppliers and development teams.
• Agile Business Analyst background in fast-paced software environments.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira Software and Confluence.

What you'll get in return

• An initial 5 month contract

• £350 per day outside IR35
