My client is urgently requiring a high calibre PMO Lead with active SC Clearance (Security Cleared), ideally with public sector industry experience to join a business-critical Programme ASAP. Key Requirements:
My client is urgently requiring a high calibre PMO Lead with active SC Clearance (Security Cleared), ideally with public sector industry experience to join a business-critical Programme ASAP. Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Senior / Lead PMO capacity, holding an active Security Clearance, working on large-scale projects.
- Previous experience supporting the PMOs in their delivery and achievement of the programme outcomes.
- Knowledge of best practice frameworks for large-scale project and programme delivery within a PMO environment.
- Ability to implement project controls to monitor delivery and provide progress and status reports to stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing the change control process.
- Strong knowledge of planning, resource management, benefits management, risk management, governance, and reporting.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to create actionable reports for senior stakeholders.
- Strong team leadership skills, maintaining stakeholder engagement and influencing others.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile.
- Public Sector industry experience
