Lead Business Analyst - Financial Services Client - £550 - 600 / pd Inside IR35 – London-based
A global bank is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead a major programme establishing a new IT Asset Holding Company. This role involves leading workshops, documenting business requirements, and assessing impacts on IT and business processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to ensure smooth delivery of change initiatives.

- Rate: £550 - £600 / day Inside IR35
- Duration: Initial 6 months
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation projects, within banking or financial services.
- Strong facilitation skills – Track record of leading workshops and working group discussions effectively.
- Recent experience with Financial Services is essential.
- Must have extensive experience defining Finance Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Ability to perform gap analysis for IT requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
