Your new role

• Analysing and evaluating current business processes, identifying areas for improvement.

• Developing and implementing process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

• Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive consensus.

• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of process improvement initiatives.

• Providing support and training to staff on new processes and systems.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
