Business Analyst 3-Month Contract in Liverpool
IT Business Analyst – 3‑Month Contract
Location: Hybrid (Liverpool-based team)
Day rate: £400-500 outside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a 3‑month project focused on service design, process modelling, and optimisation across key applications.
What You’ll Do
- Map the end‑to‑end booking system and associated workflows.
- Identify revenue leakage, efficiency gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Model current vs. future-state processes and recommend improvements.
- Work with a highly engaged team
What You Bring
- Strong experience in process mapping, service design, and workflow optimisation.
- Ability to analyse complex systems and simplify them
- Experience working in operations/ industrial sectors
- A proactive, ownership‑driven approach
- Experience identifying automation and productivity opportunities
