Join my client as a Business Analyst supporting a major transformation programme. This 12‑month contract is ideal for an experienced BA with strong IT and change experience looking for a high‑impact role.
About the Role
- Support business process change and technology improvement projects
- Gather, analyse and document business & system requirements
- Work closely with users across a large, complex organisation
- Support major IT implementation and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to Agile and Waterfall delivery
- Assist in enhancing a range of business applications
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Business Analysis / business change
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience supporting large IT programmes
- Exposure to Agile & Waterfall
- Broad understanding of IT concepts (SDLC, infrastructure, databases, cloud, cybersecurity, data protection)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Contract Details
- 12‑month contract (option to extend)
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Belfast / NI
