We are partnering with a global financial institution to hire several business analysts for day-rate contracts, focusing on various risk and control projects.

As a Business Analyst, your role will involve working on regulatory reporting projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in documenting project artifacts like target Operating Models, control frameworks, Business Requirements, User Stories, and Test Cases. Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of financial controls are essential. Effective communication skills are required to accurately capture current and target state processes, challenges, and requirements, as well as to assess and manage risks and issues. Candidates should be skilled in delivering operational process improvements and controls, working with SMEs to identify and address control gaps, and ensuring seamless project execution through detailed documentation and risk management.

Candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:
- 4 years of experience in a BA role
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Solid understanding of financial risks and controls
- Proficiency analyzing and manipulating large data sets for reporting
- Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally
- Experience creating reports and presentations for senior management
