Building Surveyor, Nottingham, public sector projects, schools

Your new company

Working for a Public Sector owned consultancy based in Nottinghamshire, working with their surveying and project management team. You will undertake work across various sectors including commercial, leisure and education. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your new role

You will work as a Building Surveyor based in their Nottingham office. You will complete surveys on their portfolio of properties, should the tenants wish to complete work, you will also look at any defects, building conditions and design specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a Building Surveying degree or similar, as well as experience in building surveying. You will understand building defects and be keen to work with public sector properties.
