Your new company

Our local association is looking to add a General Builder to their growing workforce. They are in need of someone who has experience in many trades and someone who is particularly comfortable with brickwork. Someone who has experience of property maintenance, as this is the type of organisation you will be working for within social housing.

Your new role

You will be in charge of reactive and planned maintenance on multiple properties throughout the Leeds area, reporting to your manager, general repairs and fault-finding, keeping a professional level of customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

NVQ level 2/3 (Bricklaying preference or general building)

Experience working in maintenance or social housing

2 good references within the last 12 months
Full UK Driving Licence
