• Repairs Coordinator

• Coordinating works for a variety of trades (plumbing, joinery, glaziers, bricklayers, electricians, gas servicing, surveyors)

• Dealing with emergency & responsive repairs, planned works, & voids works

• Permanent role working 5 days in the office in Chesterfield

• £24,000-£25,000 salary

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 total) – with an option to purchase extras
