The client is a dynamic local authority in London, committed to delivering high-quality services and infrastructure to their community. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Interim Valuer responsible for accurately assessing the market value of residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures.
Your new role
• Conduct residential valuations of Council properties eligible for Right to Buy.
• Inspect and measure each property to determine the basis of value.
• Apply appropriate valuation methodologies and techniques to determine accurate market values.
• Prepare valuation reports, including supporting documentation and justifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant valuation standards and regulations, including RICS guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed
MRICS & Registered Valuer status is ESSENTIAL
Public Sector experience is preferable.
Ideally, you will have 2–5 years of PQE experience.
