Hays are representing an award-winning food manufacturer to recruit a Brand Manager for 12-month FTC.

Your new role

As Brand Manager (Maternity Cover), you will take the lead on brand activities across the UK, Ireland, and Italy. This is a temporary role running until October 2026, ideal for a marketing professional looking to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-paced, values-led environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing the brand advertising plan across key markets.
  • Managing health partnerships and public relations initiatives.
  • Overseeing agency relationships and ensuring timely, effective campaign delivery.
  • Collaborating with the digital team to implement market-specific strategies.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to optimise future activity.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring all marketing spend aligns with strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree-level qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
    Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with asset management tools.
