Your new role

As Brand Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and lead a small, dedicated marketing team. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s brand and marketing strategy across multiple business units and locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels. Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Digital & Social Media: Own the content and advertising strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Oversee paid media performance and drive SEO and website optimisation.
  • Brand & Communications: Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials and internal newsletters. Deliver marketing training to internal teams and partners.
  • Partnerships & PR: Manage relationships with media partners and external suppliers. Represent the brand in collaborative marketing initiatives and industry events.
  • Performance & Budgeting: Monitor KPIs, lead generation, and campaign ROI. Manage the marketing budget and provide regular insights to senior stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • A wealth of experience in a marketing or brand-focused role.

  • A proven track record of delivering successful campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • High levels of organisation, initiative, and creativity.

  • Confidence in using digital tools, content platforms, and analytics.
