Your new role
As Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the brand’s identity, voice, and creative direction across all channels. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, compelling brand expression while driving campaigns, content, social media, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives. This role sits at the heart of the marketing function and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, messaging and creative identity.
- Conduct audience and market research to inform positioning.
- Lead the creation of all brand assets including web, video, social, campaigns, and print.
- Develop clear creative briefs and oversee production quality across internal and external teams.
- Own the brand content calendar — announcements, PR stories, campaigns, case studies and video content.
- Partner with acquisition teams to create assets that support growth and SEO visibility.
- Define the social strategy and ensure a consistent flow of engaging content across all channels.
- Stay current on platform trends to inform social direction and competitor awareness.
- Identify and manage creator partnerships, ambassadors and external media relationships.
- Secure high‑value press placements and run collaborative partner campaigns.
- Lead video production from concept through to distribution.
- Manage brand presence at events, sponsorships, and community activations.
- Track brand metrics including sentiment, reach, PR performance and campaign impact.
- Use insights to refine messaging and improve creative output.
- Recommend future team structure as the brand evolves.
- Champion efficient, future‑focused ways of working, including the use of AI in creative processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience in brand, content, or creative roles within a fast‑paced digital business.
- A strong creative instinct and the ability to execute end‑to‑end content quickly and to a high standard.
- Demonstrated success in brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, PR and video.
- Experience managing agencies, creators or freelancers.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to balance long‑term brand building with rapid delivery.
