Due to continued growth and increased workload, they are now seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance function across a range of responsibilities, including:
- Performing bank, debt, and credit card reconciliations
- Managing invoicing and ledger processes
- Supporting month-end close and management accounting duties
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all transactional finance activities
This is a hands-on role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and financial reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
- Part-qualified/qualified by experience
- Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant role
- Working knowledge of systems
- Confidence across transactional finance and management accounts
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and excellent organisational skills
