We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and award-winning leader in the offsite prefabrication industry. This organisation specialises in the design, manufacture, and delivery of turnkey MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) solutions across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and lean manufacturing, they serve a wide range of sectors including data centres, district heating, healthcare, and high-rise residential developments.

Your new role

As a BIM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, clash-free MEP models that support offsite prefabrication and decarbonisation-focused projects. You’ll collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure fully integrated solutions from concept through to installation and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and managing coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Preparing fabrication-ready models, construction drawing packs, and spool drawings.
  • Leading model coordination workshops and chairing regular reviews.
  • Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensuring structured data control.
  • Supporting site teams during construction and updating models based on redlines and changes.
  • Producing accurate as-installed models for commissioning and handover.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
  • Experience interpreting MEP schematics and delivering coordinated models.
  • A proven track record as a BIM Coordinator within the MEP sector.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.
  • Ideally, experience supporting prefabrication workflows and offsite manufacturing.
