Your new role

This is a rare opportunity to lead both the sales and marketing functions in a pivotal leadership role. You’ll be responsible for building and executing a demand generation strategy that drives revenue and elevates brand visibility. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams, close deals, and shape the go-to-market strategy. You’ll oversee recruitment, performance management, and coaching across the sales team, while also directing strategic marketing campaigns, product positioning, and pricing strategies. Collaboration with product and executive teams will be key to ensuring alignment and impact across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience leading high-performing sales and marketing teams within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • A player-coach approach—comfortable both managing and actively participating in sales processes.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
  • Experience scaling teams, implementing performance frameworks, and fostering a high-energy, target-driven culture.
  • Familiarity with AI or data-driven platforms is a plus, along with experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
