Territory Sales Manager, Nottingham, £42,000 (£60,000 OTE), Car Allowance, Logistics Company, Immediate Start!

Our client, the UK's leading Same Day Delivery Network, are looking to recruit a personable, experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their ever-growing operation. Working across Nottingham with the responsibility to grow existing client spend/generate fresh new business, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for 25 years, and specialise in Same Day Courier / Contract Logistics services. They operate a 24/7/365 service and boast close to 30 service centres across the UK to ensure an incredible local customer service. Due to their sustained success/growth, they are actively looking to recruit the perfect candidate to oversee their Nottingham territory. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing a B2B client base across Nottingham, with full P&L responsibility for the £1m+ portfolio
- Conducting regular monthly/quarterly business reviews, in order to increase customer spend
- Overseeing the entire sales process (presenting strategic proposals to close, etc)
- Managing escalations/issues to ensure continued client satisfaction with company's services
- Offering a consultative account management solution to each individual client, ensuring bespoke needs are understood/met
- Working to customer margin/spend targets
- Generating new business through 'hunting' opportunities (both warm leads and own self-generation)

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of overseeing/growing B2B client spend, ideally within a solution-sales environment
- Experience of travelling to/conducting regular business reviews to improve/expand on client relationships
- Experience of exceeding sales/revenue targets
- Consultative/strategic sales approach
- 'Hunter' mindset - genuine desire to break down new doors and identify/close new sales opportunities
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to captivate/engage audiences
- Experience of negotiating/leading on tenders/proposals
- Excellent sales acumen
- Incredible communication skills (ability to articulate successfully through both verbal and written correspondence)
- Full UK driving licence (and own car)
- Fun, sociable personality!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- Quarterly commission/bonus (£15,000 annual bonus incentive)
- £4,500 car allowance
