With a strong reputation for delivering high-impact campaigns across a diverse client base, this agency is known for its collaborative culture, creative thinking, and commitment to excellence. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a strategic and experienced Account Director to lead on high-profile PR and events projects.

Your new role

As Account Director, you will take the lead on a portfolio of high-profile clients, overseeing the development and execution of integrated PR and communications strategies. This is a fast-paced, senior-level role that requires a confident communicator, a strategic thinker, and a natural leader who thrives in a collaborative agency environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior PR or communications role, ideally within an agency setting but open to in-house experience.

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver integrated campaigns with measurable results.

  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities under pressure.

  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and team development.

  • A deep understanding of the media landscape and a flair for storytelling.

  • A full clean driving licence and access to a car is desirable.

What you'll get in return

  • Annual salary of £40,000-£45,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)

  • Work from home on Fridays

  • 25 days annual leave plus 9 statutory holidays

  • Company pension scheme

  • Mental health and wellbeing initiatives

  • Paid professional memberships (CIPR, PRCA)

  • IT equipment provided

  • Ongoing CPD and training opportunities
